Type 2 Life

I don't mind heights as long as its somebody else up the ladder its confined spaces I hate.
I'm petrified of heights & clostrovobic, had to sleep in tiny mud tunnel on/off for years during war, cochroches, centipedes, rats size of dogs everythink, I scream if an ant gets close, any Crawley & im scared! But stick a lion or large animal by me I'm ok,

@13lizanne I have Gastroparaesis and when it flares up my BGs are very erratic - hypos and hypers...can be tricky to keep stable. The condition is usually caused by long standing and poorly controlled diabetes as this was my case. :)

I do have an inflammatory condition which flares up from time to time and which affects my bg levels @eddie1968 but it's OK just now, we have had a stressful time with family (and friends) recently so may be that? But Barbara's suggestion could be right too as my hubby and I have been complaining of constant colds since our 'flu injection last November :) In other words - I don't blooming know

I always get my flu jab every year and never get a cold after it. I also had the Pneumococcal Injection after my Acute Respiratory Failure, this jab is a one off and lasts mainly for life. Not given out to adults unless they suggest it. Confers immunity against pneumococcal strains of bacteria that cause Pneumonia and bacterial Meningitis. :)

Yes, both my husband and I have had that pneumonia jab, it is offered to carers/parents of disabled people at our GP practice, but we had it a few years ago now. We're normally fine with the 'flu jab but not this year's variety! Or maybe it's just coincidence? Anyway my highest reading today was 10.4 and pre- dinner was 6.2 eeek!

The Flu strains haven't really changed in the jab - California A is the main one. Could be other non A strains are about or other similar corona viruses that floor you. :)

Or the fact that my gorgeous Autistic son frequently sneezes directly into my face hahahaha! We got to laugh
I use to get customers in the shop that did that. They would come to the till sneeze at you then into their hand and pass you money using said hand . Or another one was they would put money into their mouth then pass it to you.
