Hey stranger were have you been is the big run this weekend
Take care
Hi loulou99782

Funnily enough I have been in your neck of the woods far too much this month. Good old Cockney town. Haven't forgotten we are due a meet up with @Croc and @Clivethedrive and anyone else in London but have been rushed of my feet setting up some new courses. First one has run and main one will start on the 7th sept at Tower 42.
It has been quite stressful so long hours which bit into the training time hasn't helped much.fasting bloods were low 6s but as soon the first course was a goer they drooped back into the 5s and i have attributed the higher numbers to stress (well and a bit of wine).

Unlike the weather it's been a dry week for me as the run/walk is indeed this Sunday and I'm not looking forward to it as much as I should be as I just haven't been able to get the miles in. I've been able to read the route description and plot it on a map and me and the dog have covered about 40 of the 53 miles -the only issue is the bits we weren't able to cover are the last 13 miles which will be in the dark wet early hours of Monday morning - probably 1 2 or 3 am depending on how the previous miles go and the weather forecast ain't great. Hey ho.

Been glancing through you guys trials and tribulations and as someone said not that long ago looking for a new home. All the best and look after your wee step brother as much as he looks after your back. You've got a good un there and I'm sure I will get back to posting at some stage.

Chow!
