30 gr. oatmeal
150 gr. strawberries
Lunch:
300 gr. mixed vegetables
80 gr. smoked salmon
After work snack:
100 gr. raspberries
125 gr. greek youghurt 10%
Dinner:
175 gr. mix of vegetables
125 gr onions (limited vegetable)
220 gr. minced veal meatballs
Evening dessert:
200 gr. blackberries
125 gr. greek youghurt 10%
All day:
Coffee, water, sparkling water and salat/cucumber (unlimited vegetables) if the hunger won't go away.
No idea about number of carbs, calories og bloodsugar values. My doctor says I shouldn't worry about that.
