Broccoli & salmon frittata...best one yet (6 eggs, 3/4 block strong cheddar, head of broccoli, large can salmon .... No herbs spices or anything....(had half)
Tea: not christened yet....but mayb other half of frittata

Dinner: can of bean soup and piece if date and walnut cake
Snack: Cox Apple
Tea: large lightly battered cod, chips and mushy peas
Snack: (didn't need it) another piece of cake....
Thank goodness It's home made, low GI and I can get away with it...my defence for so much is it's yummy, it's going dry, and the ingredients are too expensive to waste
