At least potato contains vitamin C, zinc and some manganese, which you need to help heal your mouth sores.

Hello @derekhansen and welcome to this type 2 thread for foodies. We're pleased you could join us.Thought people might be interested to learn that you can do an Indian Take Away without going through the carb equivalent of the sound barrier.
Here is what I had delivered by our local curry house on Saturday evening when we had some friends round.
I calculate the list below to include a total of 45 carbs.
Lamb Tikka (the dry dish not the one with the sauce) - Full portion
Brinjal Bhargee - Aubergine, onion etc - 2/3rd portion
Sag Aloo - Spinach with Paneer - 2/3rd portion
Small Desperado beer - 1 250ml bottle
Obviously no poppadoms, Nan bread or rice for me but more than full up at the end .
I usually consume around 45 to 65 carbs per day so the take away did take my total carbs on Saturday to 72 but this is something I only do, every few months.
Good to see you've managed to eat some cottage cheese today.Canned pasta
Cottage cheese
Bananas and pb
Evening @cdpm1.5 cups canned beans
