This looks amazing. I can't eat fats because of my cholesterol.Breakfast - large coffee with double cream. 2 scoops of protein powder in 500ml water
Lunch - 1 slice Danish light bread, butter, 4 slices wafer thin ham and Dijon mustard. Another coffee
Dinner - Roast cauliflower florets with a couple tablespoons of mixed veg. Low Carb cheese sauce. Air fryer chicken thigh
snack - blackberries (defroste) with 5% Fage yogurt

My BG would be sky high if I ate that many carbs. I love porridge but sadly daren't risk it anymoreBreakfast: All-Bran and milk
Lunch: predicted cheese and salad on wholemeal
Dinner: not decided yet, something based on beans with salad in a wholemeal wrap
I eat pulses of all kinds, wholegrains and unrefined stuff. It's probably wrong, but provided I don't eat too much I might be ok. I got chromohaematosis (Celtic Disease) and that is why I am a type2 like the rest of my family, so that means you are meant to live on a diet of fish, grain and spinach; and stay off the drink.
