Breakfast - 1 slice Burgen soya & linseed bread, toasted, with corned beef&cup of tea lunch - 3x 80%meat content sausages and 1/4 Lidls friatta. Dinner will be smoked haddock and cauli cous cous. Snacks so far 3xslices crispy bacon (m&s) and 1oz dbl Gloucester cheese. The Burgen bread didn't spike my blood, BG normal 2hrs later - great!
