Type 2s: What have you eaten today?

Breakfast - 1 slice Burgen soya & linseed bread, toasted, with corned beef&cup of tea lunch - 3x 80%meat content sausages and 1/4 Lidls friatta. Dinner will be smoked haddock and cauli cous cous. Snacks so far 3xslices crispy bacon (m&s) and 1oz dbl Gloucester cheese. The Burgen bread didn't spike my blood, BG normal 2hrs later - great!
 
B Greek yoghurt with linseed & berries
L avocado tuna boiled egg mixed with mayo on salad.
D spag bol with coli
Snack few almonds

Brekky Three egg omelette with broccoli mushroom and onion
Lunch Veg Mash
Dinner Broccoli, Kale and mushrooms fried in a little olive oil and smoked almonds

B half piece of lidle bread toasted with butter
L 2 x tuc crackers with pate, cheese spread & olives,Greek yoghurt with berries & 2 squares 80% dark choc melted & drizzled over.
D chicken curry with fake rice, couple glasses red wine.
 
Breakfast, special k porridge, lunch tuna mayo salad, dinner 4 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a tomato followed by 3 rich tea biscuits. Blood sugars spiked at 7.2 two hours after that. Fairly happy.

Reading 2 hours after a breakfast of 2 bacon , 2 Debbie & Andrew sausages, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms and a fried tomato with 1 buttered Bergen toast 6.8 my best BS reading yet
 
Breakfast 2x shredded wheat
Tea time jacket potato cheese and beans
Snap for work on night's 3x ham and cheese cobs with light cheese spread instead of utterly buttery. Banana, packet of chedders, Apple & activa yogurt.

Shredded Wheat, jacket spud, baked beans, cobs, Cheddars, apple, low fat yogurt .. that would probably be my carbs in two weeks :faints:

Whats Debbie and Andrew sausages and where did you buy Bergen bread.....my husband had poached fish and a little white sauce 2 new potatoes and green beans ...with a Danone yougurt to follow his reading last night was 6.2 and fasting one today was 6.1 best readings yet
 
Sausage and bacon bap for breakfast. Leek and potato soup for lunch and no idea about dinner yet. Something and a baked potato I think. Yesterday was a 600 calorie day so blood sugar is immovable today!
 
Bran Flakes with almonds and hazelnuts for breakfast (5.2 before and 4.6 2 hours after)
Mushroom and cheese omelet for lunch followed by a F/Fat Greek yoghurt with pureed mixed berries
Tea probably Chinese but not sure!!
