Hi, I have found a delicious bread in Morrisons. Pricey at £1.60 . but worth it because "normal " breads send my BG through the roof. It,s called Livlife and at only 3.8 carbs per slice, I have 2 toasted with a poached egg for breakfast

This type of diet has lost me 10 kilos in weight in 16 weeks and brought my glucose levels to a normal level from 315 mg/dL (17.48 mmol/L) to 75 mg/dL (4.16 mmol/L)

Good Question! I'd like to know that as I'm having it as a savoury element in morning omelettes.

I'd also recommend walnuts and/or pecans as tasty snacks thatkeep you going while lunch

So far it's been coffee (cannot manage without some good coffee), one-egg omelette with a grating of cheese, I'll be snacking on walnuts.

Lunch is braised oxtail, braised red cabbage and a little butternut squash.

Tonight it'll be sea bass and prawns, with tomatoes and aubergine. If I can be bothered maybe some pickled cucumber. Glass of wine.

Another omelette with cheese this morning for breakfast - Coffee

Lunch'll be last of oxtail with tomatoes and some cavolo nero

Tonight lamb neck fillets (from supermarket bargain bin), roasted butternut squash with garlic and rosemary, aubergine, pan-grilled

2 x protein world slender blend chocolate flavour shakes
1 x small bar no added sugar raspberry chocolate (13g bar)
For tea I had a cheese, leak and onion tart with loads of salad and coleslaw and for afters I tried a sugar free vegetarian jelly pot but didn't rate it so chucked it and had a bit of diabetic milk chocolate instead
