Lunch: Western omlette with red pepper and bacon lardons
Dinner: Home made low carb Moussaka
Half glass of red wine
So far 2 slices of Tesco protein bread with 3 bit of vegetarian bacon, slice of edam, tomato lettuce and mayonnaise. 1 small cheese stuffed chilli pepper.Share what you've eaten today with the rest of the DCUK community and maybe steal a few ideas for yourself!
