Type 2s: What have you eaten today?

Breakfast? Erm, not a clue
Dinner: ham, cheese 2 fried eggs
Snack: 3 sugarfree fibre biscuits
Tea. 3 slices of Bergen (gone now) toast with butter and marmalade, chunk of cranberry Wensleydale...( 2hr bg 9.00....ouch)
Soya latte also within that 2hrs.....
Tomorrow will be a better day.....
EDIT: 6.4 at 2.5 hrs, phew....

B/fast - hot oat cereal with added oatbran and milled flax seed
Mid-morn - chocolate covered rice cake
Lunch - chicken sandwich nadecwith 2 slices of seeded bread, Greek yogurt with blueberries and an apple
Tea - omelette with cheese, mushrooms and peppers and Greek yoghurt with cherries
 
B: Standard Chia coffee et al
L: Celery, olives, feta, avocado, cold pork
pre: 5.5
D: haddock, some chips, salad and sauerkraut
post: 6.6
am: 5.2

First chips in a very long time....
 
Breakfast:
Back to the usual cereal mix with almond butter and soya milk (cashew butter all used up but think I prefer it)
Dinner:
Celery, smoked cheddar, red grapes and Lancashire
Snacks: 4 half apricots (canned ones) and one sugar free fibre biscuit, big mug soya latte

Tea: not yet christened...might eat out if we're not too pooped to bother :D

Tea: cheese and onion pie, salad, garden peas
Cheese board strong cheddar, Lancashire, red grapes and celery

Held up reasonably well with the pie 7.3 at 2 1/2 to 3 hrs (not sure of exact time... Half hourly 7.0, 7.6, 6.2.....

It was a treat and I asked for salad instead of chips.....

Dinner: Becoming a @usual@ too celery sticks and smoked cheddar, red grapes with Lancashire cheese
Ted: Lovely beef carvery with roasties, cauliflower, cabbage and gravy
Snacks: Stracciatella (almond) cake... 2 pieces. Few pieces of chicken out of the casserole that was meant for tonights tea so will be on the menu tomorrow at some stage. Might finish off the apricot halves (4),

D: chicken in peanut butter, cream and yog, broccoli and cabbage, no sauerkraut.... there was a lot of cabbage.... red wine and two homemade chocolates,

I'm getting curious about a these homemade chocolates....please tell me more.....
 
Breakfast: usual cereal with almond butter and soya milk
Dinner: chicken, leek & mushroom casserole & piece if almond cake
Tea: will be same casserole turned into pie with teff flour crust...
Snack: bit of soggy coconut bar....warm from oven. Not set properly despite 45mins cooking instead if 30... Recipe wrong or its my measuring.....HATE those CUP measure recipes but you don't know, when you buy online, until you get it.... and pathetic recipes...bad spellings, grammar and missing ingredients from list, HUGE writing to bulk no.of pages and not even spaced with heading with ingredients/instructions.... Waste of £7.99 ... Other book looks better....
 
B: tea and some pean
L: meatballs only 2 and some almonds
D: got loads of options as made almond and flax bread, cauli brocolli spinach and carrot cheese bake, meatballs, lamb burger, fritatas but this all will last me all week and may be more
