It was 6.5, which I didnt like - so I washed my hands and tested again for 5.6. How the heck were my hands contaminated first thing in the morning?

6.2 for me this morning, top end for me but a bit stressed about this afternoons appointment with the opthalmic dept. That will be the second of 9 various medial procedures in the next three weeks - and I'm always nervous being in their hands!

Gone up again! 8.5 this morning. Out yesterday evening, no carbs or alcohol. Still not on the diet plan, and not sure what the restaurant put into the sauce!! But it was great! Reading now 6.4, so I'm alive.
