I think I have discovered a cure for T2 diabetes - a diet of Thai pork noodle soup and 4 glasses of red wine.
Well it seems to be working for me!

After washing my hands I use hand gel to ensure as clean as poss do you think this could produce a high reading or maybe i just eating too much. I did have 2 small squares of 85% dark chocolate but this was around 8.30 last night!
