Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7.2 Just been to see my diabetic dietitian and she is pleased with my progress but I feel has ditched me mid way through my weight loss program. I only have another stone to go but will miss our bi-monthly appointments as she was giving me a goal to aim for. I feel I have lost the support.
 
Good Morning! 5.8 at 0730 today. Highest reading for 16 days.

I had pork bone noodle soup last night, I had it last week and only got 5.1 the next day. I think the higher reading today was because I had a mug of coffee with half a teaspoon of sugar (I forgot to bring sweeteners) at 4pm. The coffee kept me awake for a lot of the night which is probably the reason.
