6.4 at 6.25am not at all happy with this but as my 30 day average is 7.0 I guess its not bad, must try harder though

5.1 this am.
With the exception of bread and beer I have been re-introducing carbs a couple of times a week. Have had a couple of 6+ fasting readings by overdoing it which has given me some indication on how much I can tolerate.
Blood for HbA1C was taken yesterday so awaiting results on that.
