I only have another stone to go but will miss our bi-monthly appointments as she was giving me a goal to aim for. I feel I have lost the support.

I had pork bone noodle soup last night, I had it last week and only got 5.1 the next day. I think the higher reading today was because I had a mug of coffee with half a teaspoon of sugar (I forgot to bring sweeteners) at 4pm. The coffee kept me awake for a lot of the night which is probably the reason.

Sounds like some carb has came back to bit you on the bum. Might have been a few days ago and liver stored it til it thinks your fasting. I bet you had a long sleep too?I re washed my hands and was 10.
