Morning All

Up to 6.2 this morning, but I was rudely awoken by a phone call which never helps, and I am fasting for an endoscopy this afternoon.

Really, really not looking forward to that, but on the upside this will be the last hospital visit for tests I have planned (up to now....)

Good Morning! 5,4 at 0230 today.
I didn't eat last night as I am flying home today, and never eat before a long flight. I only had a coconut and some barbecued squid and salad on the beach yesterday.
