4.7 this morning. Better than expected since I gave myself a hyper episode yesterday. I'd been for a decent walk before lunch (just over 3 miles) and figured I could indulge a few carbs. I bough a lovely Chinese pork bao - big mistake. An hour later I became very tired, my vision blurred a bit and I got a headache. It ruined the whole afternoon.

Because I have such good FBG levels through very low carbing, people (including my Diabetic nurse), sometimes ask if I'm really diabetic. Then I have a day like yesterday and the answer is an emphatic "YES"

But Brunneria Sent a link to follow called marks daily Apple it explains a lot about the increased fasting BG you can find it in an answer to jonnoras question on raised BG after fasting in ask a question.Hope it helps it has me and all these great people on here with very helpful information don't know what I would have done without them.Good Luck to you all.Kathleen
