Not happy with this
Never feel obliged by others expectations or the desire to conform if you don't want to eat it don't order something less carby if it is available I'm sure your friends will understand otherwise eat the meal and count it as a treat and live with the consequences which will be short term hopefully.4.9 this morning. Really cutting down on carbs. Going to u3a (university of 3rd age) movie and lunch on Sunday where group go to Italian restaurant after morning movie. Always a special pasta dish made for group. We meet once a month.. Expect I will feel obliged to eat. Any suggestions? Perhaps long walk after and lots of water later. Severe storms predicted for Sunday in Brisbane Betty
It's easy to say, but don't feel obliged to eat the pasta, he italians do fabulous salads and antipasti. People will understand if you pass on the carbs.
