Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good luck for Friday.

An uncomfortable 3.3 this morning. Tramadol brings my bgs down, I think. No metformin again due to its side affects. So reducing my insulin today, again. Pain must really make a big difference not a small one!

Hoping your numbers are going to be better today @ickihun and you have less pain, big hugs xx

It can take 6-8wks to get full benefits of lchf diet.

Rising fast at 8.5 at 5am so got up and had breakfast ...
Were you in the 6s before bed? A low carb breakfast will start your day on a 5 or 6. Less huge spikes are definitely a winner. Your in the right bracket of spikes. I'm delighted for you. I bet tomorrow even lower fbg.
