Good morning all. Yesterday I had a fasting reading of 5.6 after a reading of 5.7 at bedtime and this morning my fasting reading was 5.4 after a bedtime reading of 5.2.

4.8 for me this morning. My FBG has come down, coinciding with me stopping losing weight, in fact I have put on a couple of pounds this week.
