Glad I'm not the only one!!!!

7.1 this morning - highest for nearly a month - but in my defence - it was at the unusually late hour of 9.10am (normally around 6am) and after a naughty evening with wine, chocolate and Baileys - skyping an old friend on the other side of the world!!

Recording another 5.9 today was a low 4.7 before bed - even after dinner out (calves liver, yum!) so had a little protein before bed.

30 day average per MySugr now 6.0
