Thanks. The support is appreciated. A few more tests through the day yesterday gave much better results. Definitely something I ate on Sat evening, rather than an long term issue.

Anyway, a much more acceptable 5.4 this morning.

5.9 for me. That was with no red wine and on the high side for me. I think it eventually shows that perhaps it's not something you should do all the time because the liver chucks it out eventually
