. I wonder if this is the reason, although I had 5.4 three hours after eating, before sleeping

Edit 1: Two hours after breakfast I measured 5.4.
Edit 2: Two hours after lunch I was down to 4.7 - and I had a big lunch with half a cauliflower, two eggs, mustard sauce (home-made with a lot of butter, and white flour
), a handful of pumpkin seeds and then some roasted beetroot.
I am still trying to understand my body, but I am hopeful for tomorrow's fasting BG
