not a very good 5.8, my fault I ate a protein bar at about 9pm as was a bit hungry which consists of 10gms of carb, I find they are ok as a meal replacement but obviously a bit too carby for a snack, lesson learnt!!
Late post. 7.1 mmol/l. Just noticed that a lot of low figures and headaches being posted. I always have supper and would rather be a bit high than too low.
