Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7•4 fbg today, not moaning. Always find it hard to get under 7 mmol/l these days.
 
6.6 - confess I ate a bunch of sweets trick or treating last night with the kids- spiked to 10.1 then 5.2 at bed time- so 6.6 this morning looks good - foggy weather looks less attractive with ko for kids football an hour away
 
Stressful, inactive week. Fasting BG, same drop of blood, 3 different meters simultaneously:
SD Codefree 7.7
Bayer Contour 8.1
One Touch Verio 8.8

On one nightly 1000 mg Sukkarto prolonged release tablet

Ho hum!

Mine was 5.1 when I went to bed last night, this morning it is 10.2...I didn't eat after 7pm. ! give up...I'm due my annual check on 11th, so guess with readings like this it will be metformin and all the evil side effects, and little or no effect on blood glucose levels!!!
 
9.9 for me fbg I just can't seem to get a good reading in the morning normally it's in the range of 7-8 but after 3 highs in a row yesterday I guess I'm pleased it's under a 10.

This morning was 8.4 It seems to have crept up recently. Usually was in the sixes. Think I ate too much ice cream last night. Note to Self:- Try better.
 
Mine was 8.3 this morning which is very good, been really struggling as most mornings, was around 15, trip to the Dr's and ended up on sitagliptin, sugars are now dropping well
