I swerved the ice cream last night and had cheese and red wine instead. My liver prefers Merlot to Haagen Dazs.

7.9, still higher than I would like but lowest fbs for 2 weeks ( between 8.3 and 9.2) so coming down slowly.

Rocketed up to 6.1 today, lunchtime appointment with a liver specialist in Bradford (Oh joy...) then 15.00hrs back to Huddersfield to see an oncologist.
Am I allowed to be a little stressed??
