Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Well done on the all clear! Great news I'm brighter today, my FBG will take a couple of days to come down after the carb fest but it will get there. Stress is reducing and I have to sit tight until the end of next week.

Thanks also @callyandy for the support - everyone here rocks and offer such amazing support.
 
It was my birthday last week, so fell off the wagon big style
Last 3 days FBGs have been 6.2, 5.7, 5.7. Given my history those numbers are quite high, so back onto the straight and narrow. Now where's that avocado?
 
5.0 at 6am which was a surprise to me as I'm starting with a cold (working in a nursery means that I'm surrounded by germy darlings all day who just love to share their illnesses with me) and my Hubbys sugars always shoot up at the first hint of any illness. I assumed I would react in the same way - but maybe not. Or maybe they will be raised later.
