5.7 at 9am after 10hrs fasting (7 hours half-sleeping)...defintely better than yesterday.

Hi friends, My FBS was 4.9 this morning. Mostly ranges from 4.8 lowest to 6 although an average would be lower fives.

well it a first for me for a long long time ...i went to bed and woke at 1am thougth hmm why am i awake so checked my levels and it was 3.9 so ate a couple of choc biscuits and went to sleep again awoke at 6 and got washes checked levels and was 6.4 wooooooooohoooooooooooo

8.8 but I ate fish and chips. A new low, so cleaning myself up from today - just one person is causing the stress and I won't let him get the better of me any more.

You may be doing better now thou. It's based on a month or so's average. Dont let it deter you. Keep doing well. It will come into fruitition.
