6.9 I'm shocked at this number this morning and can't understand why it is so high .
Could be the heat ?
On a good note I have lost another 7lb in the last 2 weeks,
I am down just over 40lbs in total

A fbg of 9.6 WHAT!
I had cod (with batter and a few too many chips) at lunchtime then a high protein main meal to correct carb craving.
Just a reminder that if not on strong painkillers that red wine may have helped.
Also just proves how chips and batter can cause so much mayhem for me.
Well as if the press hadn't told me that already - years ago, before I was diagnosed.
Well I'll put it down to an old fool's school boy (girl) error.
Back to no batter and chips for life! The cod was the best part anyway.

7.5 today. I cant seem to get it under 7 this week. However, I finish the latest round of antibiotics on friday, so will see what happens. I just hope this infection doesnt come back for a third go.
