Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good morning to all! Back from my hols where my FBG was as usual, between 5.4 and 6.6, and my highest post-prandial was 7.5 (after a scoop of chocolate chilli icecream to finish a dinner out). Oh, and I shed 3 more kilos of unwanted fat (many more still to go, but happy with how it's going). Back to the straight and narrow from today, with FBG of 6.3.
