Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7.3 @ 6.15 am

No idea why? Maybe the very early tea @ 16.15hrs of freshly caught haddock coated in crushed almonds,pan fried and a few freshly picked local baby tomatoes was too early, so not eaten for 14 hrs. Liver dump at it's best/worst!
Nothing bad to eat all day yesterday.
Quick shower and a sausage and a long cycle to work again.
Going to be a bad day at work today, so maybe that doesn't help with the stress.
 
4.4 this morning. Hubby up at 5.30 to drive home and then onto work for the day He's back with us tonight. I took advantage Of The early alarm to go for a walk first thing - dawn is getting later though, autumn is on it's way. Going to have to have a serious think about how I fit my walking in
