A 8.6 an hour after rising, so includes my regular liver dump. Mind u tested before insulin and bed and it was 17.5 wow. (Clears throat) too many quality streets. Ooops!

Hmmmm! Methinks I need another couple of days oxygen at 5 litres a minute to get my Spo2 backup into the 95% region again that's where the fives are.

It’ll come back you’ve just got to take it easy for a few days don’t overdo it
Yes pity it was a good offer but they’ve not been able to sell there’s
So it happens but it’s up for sale again I don’t expect it will sell before
New year but who knows it was only up one day and I got the offer
