3.7 @ 07.35 (last night walked with 2kg per side ankle weights and 5 kg wrist weights)
Started yesterday at 10 and this morning at 9.3 prior to my evening meal I was 4.7 things are going the right way, the low carb diet seems to be doing the job, cooking all my veg in butter and cream, it is so filling, perhaps admin could start a new heading, low carb recipes, we could all share our culinary secrets, if anyone knows an admin representative, could they suggest this. Just one simple rule, only 10% recipes should have tomatoe, lol
Could someone from admin also look at images, when I started I could take a photo, then upload from my image gallery, now when I click on the image icon it asks for the image URL not being a genius, I have been unable to add images, if we are putting up recipes, images are essential, and perhaps some video.
Thank you for your reply, I take pictures on my iPad, they are automatically put in my gallery, if you search this thread back to the beginning of the week, you will note that I was able to put pictures up via my gallery, this all changed mid week, I hit the image icon as before, but instead of taking me direct to gallery, it opened a box saying " image URL " this has lost be completely As I don't know where to find an individual URL in my gallery, so I'm stuck.Hi @Greg1957 ,
Video would need some "third party hosting" like an acount on YouTube to hold your videos & post the links here for members to view..
Pictures? You should be able to upload straight to the DCUK site. Though, there is a limit on the picture file size & type..
It might be worthwhile looking at the settings on your device regarding what file types the camara saves images as..?
