Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

@ally1 it happens to most of us don't let it stress you out too much has stress can push up your BG levels too.
Goodness take a look at mine I'm nowhere perfect just keep trying that's all any of us can do. ally have you thought it is more than likely what they call on here a liver dump, and you need to try o be careful what you eat after your evening meal,usually I don't eat after mine until lunchtime following day,but sometimes it still can be higher. Just do your best it's all any of us can do, take care,best wishes to you! Kathleen X
