Morning all. 5.1 this morning added to just over 8 hours sleep which makes for a positive start. Fbgs remain a work in progress along with wider update to lifestyle. Trying out the idea of 1 change each month for a year - bit impatient so have made 3 so far and looking for the fourth by end of month. Picked the idea up from a Telegraph article.

6 but I'm putting that down to a midnight feast of yoghurt because I was hungry! Usually much lower than that
My reading throughout the day are much lower this week and I'm more hungry - anyone any ideas?

MY sugar's this morning were 8.5 and that was in hospital as spent the night but back home now and got my feet up
