Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

but was it worth it for the occasional treat? Do you know which ingredient caused the rise? Could you make it on a wholemeal wrap instead? At least then you could eat a whole pizza for the same hit. I've seen a recipe but can't find it now.
Have a funny feeling it was the whole wheat flour. Anything with flour sends my blood sugar up.
 

Have you tried fathead pizza?
 
5.1 today extra hydration, steady dog walk, lifting bags of logs and 3 sets of light weights yesterday brought fbg (not to be confused with bfg) back to trend. Hit the same number as goonergal today so must be doing something right!
