6.4 today - maybe the Brussels sprouts last night didn't agree with me? I had indigestion at bedtime, which never happens now that I'm on LCHF.

Fbg 7.3 I wish it was lower without weight gain insulin.

I'm 11.4 again. Off to the hospital for a c-peptide test tomorrow as well as my hba1c, cholesterol etc.
