Mine was 12.2 but I nibbled on some processed meat before bed instead of cheese.

I haven't been here for a while. I've been through a divorce with all the hassle that brings so I've been off the rails a bit with booze and carbs.
Anyway, time to put all that behind me and get back on the wagon. So here I am once more
