Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hi everyone.
Yesterday 6.2, today up to 7.2 . Can’t explain why. In addition meds have upset my tummy - so glad I have a Sudoku magazine in the loo to help pass the time.

Ally Pally, are you on metformin and giving you tummy upset? It happened to me for a month, but I am now okay.

5.8 at 4:50 am.

Had my eyes tested / checked at the optometrists yesterday arvo, and no problems found. I do not need new glasses either as my eyes have not changed this past year.

All the details passed on to my GP and Ophthalmologist so that should keep them happy.

Never mind the GP and Ophthalmologist. It should keep you happy. It is always good to know something as important as eyesight is ok.

I usually go with my Circadian clock and wake as it gets light. But at this time of year (longest day tomorrow) it means I need couple of hours siesta mid-afternoon, and go to bed around 10pm.
That makes sense. I live out in the sticks, no outside light until the day breaks but am often woken by the very noisy crows. Would love to take a siesta but I would get sacked hehe.
Just noticed the time, you will be ready for bed about now then?
