still got no testing strips but i phoned doctors surgery for my blood test results ..NORMAL! ive got a meeting with diabetic nurse on friday in view to coming off metformin
the day i had my first blood test in march i went into waterstones, why i picked the blood sugar diet by michael mosley i dont know but good job i did .......pleased!
