Morning all, 6.5 today! However reading taken much later than normal, I slept a little later, well I am on a little hollibob
Also have no idea about number of carbs in my meals yesterday, oh and there was some chocolate consumed at bedtime

@Nicel The answer is .... highly individualised. There are notional figures such as this one
https://www.diabetes.co.uk/diabetes_care/blood-sugar-level-ranges.html but I know of no one that fits those all the time. No idea if that is helpful but it is a start
