I’m normally on 8s and 9s in the morning unless I get up silly early so I’m pleased to see a 7 at 8.30am but in a ‘never expecting a good reading’ sort of way. I had several glasses of wine yesterday evening and ate just meat eggs and fish after lunch so maybe the low carbs plus wine helped
