Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Just realised I forgot to post my reading this morning, I think it may have been due to a pending journey with the colleague who shall not be mentioned hehe, that thought preoccupied all others!

6.2 and it’s been really cold here today brrrrrr

You seem to have found my strips again Don
Bit of a ****** mate, I have put a jinx on myself I think.

Two different brands of meters roughly the same readings, eating the same stuff, drinking a bit less beer, %#@&&^ if I know mate.

It's all gone down the gurgler since Diabetic Journal android app updated and crashed and burned, never to work again.

I think you said last week that some of your meds have changed maybe that’s the cause as you know it don’t take much

Only prescription paracetamol has changed, all the other stuff is unchanged, as far as I can tell it has not got any sugary carbs in that.

It’s the same for me my figures are up and down I’ve not changed anything same old things apart from a couple of vodka Diet Coke on a Saturday but that doesn’t explain the other days as we keep saying life’s little mysteries

Yet another 6.1 this morning. Had a disturbed night (forced to change to winter duvet at 0100hrs and then watched ‘our’ hedgehog prancing around the garden - thought it would have hibernated by now since its freezing outside (0C).

good morning ...4.8 @ 0626 .. first in the fours for a while ...does a day working hard in the cold and sometimes torrential rain help to lower blood sugars? if so i would do it in moderation!
have a good day all..............
