Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

at 0712 fbs was 5.8 rechecked at 0904 .. 5.7 after dog walk ..highest for a while ....yesterday worked hard ..very low carb all day breakfast dinner and a few nuts as snack a few cups of tea... no alcohol at all..dont know why....bit of a sleepless night perhaps?
 
good morning all a 5.8 again at 0609 roast chicken roast potatoes and a chickpea flour yorkshire pudding the culprit i suspect...could have been the steamed cabbage and cauliflower though.....
edited to add a 4.7 after work and before meal @ 1622
