Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

That's an absolutely stunning improvement ickihun. It always strikes me the less insulin being taken on board, in conjunction with a carb controlled diet, the less room there is for error. Your medics must be loving you at the moment, surely?
GP and diabetes nurse very pleased. As I. I thought I was scheduled to see my specialist but not til April. We are going to concentrate on weight loss now.
I'm guessing if my leg/foot problem would bog off it would improve even more with regular exercise. Although I have had high readings for some time after a gym session. I find it very stressful at this weight. Swimming helps me more! Just hoping I didn't get a chill from pool to set my nerve problem off in the first place. :cyclops:

7.6 today after a loss of control last night involving a couple of chocolate bars! At least it was just a couple though.

Morning.
Mine was 7.9 at 9am :(
(Before bed at 1.30am it was 7.3 - must have had a Liver Dump? during the night?)
