5.3 at 4:30 am.

The admin nurse at my GP's who was doing my new health care plan for the podiatrist, quizzed me about my diet and pointed to the food wheel on the wall, and asked if I wanted to see a nutritionist and swap a couple of my podiatry visits for them.

A polite "no thanks but I have it sorted out", and showed her a couple of my charts in my phone app. She liked the hba1c one best.

6.5 @ 5.44 (snap with the time starfish) I could feel Dawn waking me up this morning, was a nice 5.8 at 2.30. At least I'll have some peace before the rest of the world wakes ... I shall be looking after my three year old grandson today .. hurrah!

First post. Trying to get close to target and 5 weeks in. Just stated low carb diet and 11.1 this morning. I am quite pleased but looking through this forum clearly have a long way to go.
