A steady 6.9 this morning. I was tempted to reduce dinner insulin again but too soon.
Ps. I had dry spaghetti with mushrooms and double cream without a spike!

I posted elsewhere that I'm down 24lbs in 8,5 weeks since starting the Newcastle diet, with a brief respite over Xmas. Back to cabbage & slim fast now though!
