5.1 for me this wet, miserable, dark morning.

Not bad considering I received notification last night I had made it into the increasingly large club of people caught out by those !"%%$*&^ speed cameras. Grrrrr.........

I posted elsewhere that I'm down 24lbs in 8,5 weeks since starting the Newcastle diet, with a brief respite over Xmas. Back to cabbage & slim fast now though!
