6.3 last night and 6.8 this morning. Not great but not unhappy. Dinner was salad and a small salmon and.... two glasses of a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc

Just rang the the PBS Safety Net bell, yesterday I get free prescription medication for the rest of the year, and my subsidised test strips are now free as well.
