Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.9 at 0630 a bit high.. i think it might be the brown lentils i had to go with the belly pork i had last night..and been drinking wholemilk not soy in my tea ..certainly didnt overdo carbs yesterday..
 
Good morning all. My meter displayed 5.2 first thing - 50% chance of being right within anything up to 20%, So, basically for the price of a strip I don't actually know. Relax @Diawara milk and lentils V droplets - chill out my man
